About Eric Hellman
I've had a passion for creating positive change for close to 40 years. It began with my love of nature and the environment, then the need to heal a deeply troubled marriage. From there it has grown into finding ways to 'make a difference' in any area of life that I can.
In particular, I've lived with three core questions: "Why do we experience so many problems? How do we get to their roots? And what is the 'consciousness shift' that's needed to deal with them?" This work is the outcome of my search for answers - and also my ongoing journey.
Our world is faced with so many problems it can seem overpowering. We are also personally faced with daily challenges and pressures that may be greater than any generation before us. That's the bad news. The good news is that these are pushing us into new ways of thinking, being, living and working - even a new understanding of how life works - that will transform our lives and our world for the better.
Conscious change is not a single answer to these problems. It's a process -- a way of opening ourselves to the answers that lie within and all around us. I've used my own life as a testing ground for these ideas. And I have seen them work in more areas than I can name: being hired for jobs, healing relationships, starting new businesses, knowing what to make decisions, deepening my connections, dealing with health issues, and helping me to heal wounds and fears from the past.
I hope you will consider, question and test these ideas yourself... and find ways to use them in making a difference in your life and our world.
If I can help, please let me know.
Eric
